České KOLIK? --> How many / how much

Málo

Few + subst. poč.

Little + subst. nepoč.

Is there little snow in the mountains?

Are there few skiers in the mountains?

“A” mění význam obou slov

A few + subst. poč.  = pár, několik

A little + subst. nepoč. = trochu

Mám málo přátel --> I have few friends.

Mám pár přátel --> I have a few friends.

Mám málo času --> I have little time.

Mám trochu času --> I have a little time.

České “nějaký” je buď “a” nebo “some”

A book, a friend, ... subst. poč.v sg.

Some books, some friends ... subst. poč. v pl.

Some time, some money ... subst. nepoč.

Some à any v otázce ( s výjimkou otázky, kdy něco nabízíme nebo žádáme)
