3 Jak dlouho už tam prší?
How long has it been raing there?

4 Myslím, že nepršelo už 2 týdny.

I think it hasn´t rained for 2 weeks.

5 Doufám, že zítra nebude pršet.

I hope it won´t rain tomorrow.

6 Doufám, že nebude pršet právě ve chvíli, až budeme  vycházet z kostela.

I hope it won´t be raining (at the moment) when we are leaveing / we leave the church.

7 Doufám, že tyhle testy opravím ( = budou opraveny) dříve, než přestane pršet, a pak bychom mohli jít ven.

I hope I will have corrected these tests before it stops raining and then we could go out.

8 Včera ve 3 odpoledne nepršelo – jsem si jistý, že svítilo sluníčko.

I wasn´t raining yesterday afternoon - I am sure (that) the sun was shining.

9 Když se ta hráz rybníka protrhla, pršelo už 5 dní.

When the dam of the pond cracked, it had been raining for 5 days.

10 Podívej se na oblohu – za chvíli bude pršet.
